Activities and Adventures

Panama is a beautiful country filled with amazing plant life and wildlife.  There are many activities available to suit anyone’s desires.  Below is a list of a myriad of fun adventures at the beach, on the ocean, in the jungle, or city.

The weather is almost as good as it gets.  There are two seasons
Dry: December- May  and  Rainy: June – November.
Every day of the year (almost without exception) starts out 76 degrees and gets into the low to mid 80’s.  Dry season comes with long sunny days, kept cool by day and night trade winds.  Raining season days are also quite sunny mixed with passing clouds and short periods of rain in the afternoon. The climate at our retreat receives little rain because it is located on the leeward side of high beautiful mountains running down to the ocean.  There is no adverse weather here. Panama is known to be one of the most temperate climates on the earth, and the ocean is about 82 degree year round.  We are located in a region that is quiet and close to nature with amazing healing energy.

Listed below are activities from gentle to wild rides and everywhere in between.  All these can be enjoyed with our PSP Retreat guides or on your own.  Lessons are available. The only activity that Panama doesn’t have to offer is snow skiing.
